Viking Refrigerator Diagnostic Details
Service Diagnostics Mode enables you to recognize the firmware and software application variations, examination standing of «model certain» system parts and sensors, as well as change state of parts where appropriate (i.e.— compressor on/off, etc.).
Enabling Service Setting: To enable Service Mode, press and hold the «WARMER» button while pushing the «COLDER» switch four times within five secs.
After entering Service Mode, the first number that you will certainly see shows the software program version number for the particular device you are servicing. For example, if you are servicing a 24 inch wine cellar (DFUW, DUWC, VUWC), the very first number you will see is 11. The 2nd number you will see suggests the software application version launch. As an example, if you see 44 on the display panel it shows software application variation 4.4.
Diagnostics:
While in Service Setting, press the «COLLECTION» button to step with Tests 0-9. The initial number of the display will reveal the examination number. The second digit suggests the present state of each part under test and also is presented as «1» getting on, CLOSED, or SHORTED and «0» being OFF or OPEN.
